We represented Versata Software in multiple cases to enforce its patent portfolio against users of the technology. We recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlements by defeating Section 101 motions, IPRs and CBMs, prior art challenges, and non-infringement arguments. In prosecuting those cases, we battled against some of the top intellectual property litigation firms in the world. We litigated in a diverse array of forums, including Austin (Texas), Marshall (Texas), Texarkana (Texas), Wilmington (Delaware), Los Angeles (California), and San Francisco (California).
