We defended a group of investors in a national firearms company against a lawsuit brought by the company’s founder. Rather than simply responding to the claims, we developed creative counterclaims that enabled our clients to eliminate the founder’s interest in the company. Our strategy proved highly effective, leading the founder to voluntarily dismiss all his claims on the eve of trial and relinquish his investment interest in the company.
