We successfully argued to overturn an adverse insurance coverage decision against our oil and gas staffing client in the 14th Court of Appeals. As a result, the client recovered the majority of the fees expended. The case, Comsys Information Technology Services, Inc. v. Twin City Fire Ins. Co., 130 S.W.3d 181 (Tex.
