We successfully defended Core Laboratory’s subsidiary, Owen Oil Tools, in litigation brought by CenterPoint/Vectren regarding the failure of a gas storage well in Indiana, allegedly caused by a casing patch. Through our efforts, we uncovered evidence showing that the parties at the well site could have prevented the alleged damage, demonstrated how the claims were inflated, and highlighted the well’s history of disrepair. As a result, we secured a favorable settlement for Owen Oil Tools.
