We prepared employees of a staffing company for offshore oil and gas platforms to testify before a U.S. Grand Jury regarding alleged illegal environmental releases. Our efforts prevented the indictment of both individual employees and the company. Additionally, we successfully diverted a threatened indemnity action by the platform operator by conducting a thorough analysis of the Master Agreement and applicable insurance policies.
