We represented F-1 Firearms in a patent litigation case initiated by a competitor over charging handles on rifles. Despite F-1 Firearms being one of several defendants, we uncovered prior art that invalidated the plaintiff’s patent. Additionally, we found social media posts from the plaintiff’s employees that suggested they were aware of this prior art when they filed the suit. With this evidence in hand, we compelled the plaintiff to unilaterally dismiss the lawsuit.
