We defended a nationwide auto and travel organization in a breach of contract and tortious interference action where the plaintiff sought $8 million in damages. After a five-week trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defense on all claims, awarding zero damages. We successfully upheld the verdict on appeal.
