Prior to joining Mitby Pacholder Johnson PLLC, Frank served in-house as Vice President, Intellectual Property Counsel for a publicly traded oil & gas company, which develops, manufactures, and distributes oilfield specialty chemicals, downhole tools, artificial lift, software, and flavor & fragrance products. In this role, Frank advised executives and senior management in connection with implementing robust intellectual property strategies designed to secure and protect his client’s valuable IP rights. Furthermore, he routinely worked with outside counsel from Big Law to develop legal strategies and resolve many complex commercial and IP lawsuits and disputes.
